Conference Guidelines
Please read the following guidelines carefully before submitting your abstract or registering for the conference. These instructions are intended to ensure a smooth submission, review, and presentation process for all participants.
Abstract Submission Guidelines
- Abstract must be submitted online.
- Word limit: 250-300 words.
- Include title, authors and affiliations.
- Use clear objectives, methodology and results.
- Avoid tables and images.
- Previously published abstracts are not accepted.
Registration Guidelines
Only registered participants are eligible to present their research and receive conference materials and certificates.
- Complete registration through the official registration portal.
- Payment confirmation will be sent via email.
- Keep a copy of your payment receipt.
- Student registrations require valid ID proof.
- Registration fees are subject to the conference cancellation policy.
Oral Presentation Guidelines
- Presentation duration: 15–20 minutes.
- Discussion/Q&A: 5 minutes.
- Use Microsoft PowerPoint (16:9).
- Bring your presentation on a USB drive.
- Upload your presentation before your session starts.
- Stay within the allotted presentation time.
Poster Presentation Guidelines
- Poster size: A0 Portrait.
- Title should be clearly visible.
- Use high-resolution figures and charts.
- Authors should be present during poster sessions.
- Include QR code for full paper (optional).
Certificate Guidelines
- Poster size: A0 Portrait.
- Title should be clearly visible.
- Use high-resolution figures and charts.
